Digital Franchise: Build Quality Teams & Passive Income
The **Digital Franchise** model allows Tier 2/3 members to earn **passive commission** by mentoring and supervising a network of ICs. This compensation is strictly for quality assurance and guidance, not recruitment.
The total **10% Gross Commission** is only paid out to the Mentor/Leader if the client gives a rating of **greater than 2 stars**. This enforces **self-regulating quality**.
If the rating is poor (2 stars or less), the commission is **RETAINED by the Platform** and automatically diverted to the **Reinvestment Fund** for sponsored upskilling and training campaigns.
Tier fees (R100/R200/R500) are **monthly investments** in your compliance and access. They are not paid to uplines; they fund the platform's ability to maintain the secure, self-regulating infrastructure.
Clients may **request lower-rated workers** at a reduced fee. This agreement explicitly states the worker is in training, and the client **waives platform liability** for damages or loss, thus providing a safe route for upskilling.
