Legal & Compliance
All members operate as Independent Contractors (ICs). TrustBuild provides the marketplace, tools, and SEESA-vetted Service Level Agreements (SLAs), but does not employ workers. We facilitate business-to-business connections.
Reward for Quality: The 10% Commission Split
We charge a flat 10% Gross Commission to the client. This fee funds the Network (You) or the Reinvestment Fund (Training), depending entirely on the Quality Rating of the job.

The Ecosystem Reinvestment Fund
When service quality drops, the commission is not kept as profit. Instead, it is diverted into the Reinvestment Fund. This money creates "In-Service Training" opportunities, sponsored community projects, and mentorship programs to upskill workers who show potential but need guidance.
