How TrustPass stays legal
TrustPass is designed as a neutral service provider. It provides verification, compliance tooling, and transaction controls — but it does not act as an employer, labour broker, or contracting party.
TrustPass does not:
- assign work or generate jobs
- rank or nudge workers into work
- supervise workers or control how services are delivered
- take commission on labour value
- enter employment or service contracts
TrustPass may:
- verify identity and credentials
- apply trade category rules (Allowed / Restricted / Prohibited)
- detect employment-like patterns and pause transactions
- support non-custodial escrow workflows via integrated providers
- provide templates and admin tooling as a service provider (not legal advice)
